I’m Stacie Martinez, an artist, designer and illustrator, and founder of the design studio The Lucky Bandana. When I’m not painting or drawing you can find me in the hot yoga studio or sipping a cappuccino and dreaming about my next visit to Paris.

About Pretty Good:

Pretty Good evolved from the need to more fully share my process and life as an artist, without feeling like I have to perform or worry about an algorithm (I see you IG). It’s a place where I can have room and freedom to stretch out and share inspiration, stories and motivation with you. And often I paint and draw pictures, so you’ll see that too.

What do I get as a paid subscriber?

You’ll have access to the archive of older posts, and the ability to comment and interact with my close-knit community. You are also supporting me as I work through life as an artist, which I deeply appreciate. I also plan on adding more benefits and additional content for paying folks, like more personal posts, possible live drawing dates and tutorials. I will write when I have something to say - now, that may or may not fall on the same day every week, which I hope you’re cool with. Creating is work, content is work. I’d like to believe we live in a world where it’s considered normal to support people for the work we find inspiring, entertaining and informative, if we have the means to do so.
